READ ALL!!!! Hello everybody! I will say right away and honestly, I am not a fan of writing reviews, but I really want to share with everyone who is going to use the services of the so-called "Travel Agency" Temp Tour LLC (Ves Mir LLC). I will not be too lazy to write everything in detail, because emotions overwhelm and give birth to INTELLIGENCE, RUDENESS, HATENESS, DEFAULT OF ITS OBLIGATIONS AND ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECT OF ITS CLIENTS, thanks to which they still exist. In fact, it all started with a lie. We booked the tour 3.5 months in advance. We "were seduced" by the so-called special offer, which was valid only for a few days with a good so-called discount. As it turned out later, this offer was just one of the permanent tariffs (tariff ''PRONTO'') from the tour operator "Natalie Tours".

I will say right away that there are no complaints about Natalie Tours, only a huge gratitude, but more on that later. As expected, they called, clarified and came to this office to conclude an agreement. Office in China city. We were met by a girl, one of the 2 in the office)) The other, in fact, is the director - Natalia Ivanova, she advised us and concluded an agreement. Everything is very fast, blurry. Well, okay, we gave an advance payment, we had a contract and a receipt))), after, after 5 days, they made an additional payment (they said that they need to pay everything to the tour operator). After that, after 15 days (of course I agree that it was necessary to do this before ... but ...) I read the reviews that this desk was throwing people and decided to check the fate of my order (on the Natalie Tours website there is an online service for checking your order).

It turned out that my tour has not yet been paid to the tour operator, although after learning from Natalie tours, the agency is obliged to transfer money to the tour operator no later than 5 working days from the moment of booking. Of course, I was on the alert and called Ms. Ivanova to clarify the situation, in response I heard that "it's supposedly none of my business, where you climb, you have an agreement with us, and not with Natalie Tours, and in general, when we want, then we will pay, and that under the contract we have the right to pay 2 weeks before departure. In response, restraining myself from my emotions, in a very good shape I asked to make the payment, so that I would not worry. Ms. Ivanova answered, and I quote: "I can't make the payment because of you alone, I don't need it, I'll definitely make the payment in bale with everyone together until the holidays - March 8." I've calmed down. The holidays passed, the money was not transferred. I'm calling, in response to the whole same song, that I won't twitch because of you alone.

I say you promised, in response I hear, if you want to come take the money, we will return everything to you and even without fines 100%. As a result, we agreed on a certain day, we arrived, it was a weekday, we see a surprised face, they didn’t even remember about us. But we naturally reminded ourselves. The story continues)) It turns out that they are not going to return anything to us, we have a tour with early booking, a fine of 50% of the cost of the tour. And the fact that on the phone she told us to come, she said that she did not remember that the tour was with early booking. And the fact that on a weekday, people came to her just like that, she "doesn't care." Ms. Ivanova, after our "nice" conversation ", nevertheless assured us that in about a week the money would all be transferred and said that it would be better for you not to worry about us, but about Natalie Tours, who has debts through the roof. This is she tells his clients who travel through this tour operator.

Well, what should we do, we agreed not to lose 50%. As a result, the money was transferred, they breathed a sigh of relief))

Then the story continues. Ahead was still somewhere 2.5 months before departure. Due to work, there was a need to fly abroad. I learned from Natalie Tours that without any problems, a visa can be obtained in advance, but not earlier than 3 months in advance, you can apply for a visa. We collected all the documents, went to the travel agency to hand over. They wrote a statement, handed everything over and asked to make an inventory of all the documents that they accepted from us. The manager, Julia, said that they don’t do that, but insisting, reluctantly, she printed what she needed on a piece of paper and gave it to Ms. Ivanova for signature, to which she stared, threw this sheet and said that she didn’t sign anything it will be that even Natalie tours does not practice this, that she herself worked there for a long time and knows everything. And that's customer interaction.

Further, of course, they did not submit the documents to the tour operator on time, the deadlines were already very tight (I needed a passport urgently), the business trip "failed". The visa was nevertheless issued and we (having learned everything in advance from the tour operator whether it was possible to do this) went to write an application again to the travel agency, in order to obtain a passport in advance, maybe. visas were already ready, 1.5 months remained before departure. They said to wait a maximum of a week until they send the application to the tour operator and then take their passports from them. A week has passed. We call, they say come. We arrived, we called from the checkpoint so that they would come down for us (it’s supposed to be there), Ms. Ivanova picks up the phone and declares that the passports are not ready, Natalie Tours has not provided them with anything yet, that some boxes with passports have not been dismantled there, they sent a courier to them, he didn’t find anything there, in general, the nonsense “Scammer is SIMPLY COMPLETE”.

In general, I realized that it’s useless to deal with them at all, they are absolutely inadequate people, and that something needs to be done or we’ll fly by with a rest.

We called Natalie Tours and double-checked all the information, it turned out that this dark desk didn’t even send a statement to them, and after all, a week had already passed. They called the travel agency, the manager Yulia picked up the phone, yelled, said that Natalie Tours was "slowing down" and that nothing was ready yet, and that it was too early for you to receive passports and you didn’t need to teach me at all. Like this.

In the end, we decided to act on our own. With great difficulty, we got through to the manager from Natalie Tours, the sweetest, kindest girl who oversees this gloomy agency, who does not work with private individuals, but works only with travel agencies, but miraculously, I repeat again miraculously, she listened to us, was very surprised, this stories and helped us.

And the very next day, Natalie Tours herself prepared the entire package of documents for us and we safely took it away.

P.S. "Director" Natalia Ivanova and "manager" Julia, if you suddenly read this review, then just be ashamed of yourself, everything bad always comes back, remember this.

And we would just like to warn those who give back in advance against the activities of these "persons".
