Our trip to Phuket began with the fact that Lanta-Tour guide Vladimir was 20 minutes late for a meeting with his tourists, and when he was reprimanded and told that he was disrupting our plans, Vladimir objected: what plans, our meeting for an hour and a half, forget about them, and those who do not agree may not go with me. A worthy answer from a worthy person)) ... after that, Vladimir told us for a long time how to activate wi-fi in a hotel, despite the fact that this service was free and everyone used it, then he told us for a long time that the hotel did not have free sunbeds, he gave a thousand arguments, although sunbeds were full and completely free))).. Apparently Vladimir loves his tourists very much and always tries to help them)))...

then the most interesting, our room with a view of the concrete wall and the grate ... all the rooms of this level were given specifically to tourists Lanta_Tour ... lucky ... Vladimir said that he would come for us in the morning and settle the issue .. in the morning a secret arrived without a word speaking Russian, and not ready to help us. I had to call the head of the office, to which we were told that there were no rooms, while the tourists all drove in and out ... thanks to this wonderful company Lanta Tour.
