I bought a week-long tour to Israel in the city in the south of the country Eilat (tour operator Coral). The cost of the tour is just under $1,000 and included accommodation and breakfast at the Rimonim Marina Club hotel and a flight from Moscow to Tel Aviv. Regarding the transfer, the agency explained that buying from them for $450 one way is not profitable, you can catch a taxi in Tel Aviv for $150-200 and get to Eilat in 2 hours. On Friday, I flew to Tel Aviv, came to the taxi rank, where I found out that the journey would take 4 hours and cost $400. Bargaining, looking for a cheaper option is useless, taxis in Israel are centralized, there are no private traders, they work on a check. I turned to the local representative of Coral, she advised me to get to the first terminal, from there planes supposedly fly to Eilat. I'm going in the indicated direction, the information service explains - Shabbat, there will be no planes today. I go to the hotel by taxi for 400 dollars. A day later, a representative of Coral deigns to call, asks if everything is in order.

I explain that I am not satisfied with the room, the windows overlook the trash cans and the entrance to the utility rooms and the kitchen, he advises contacting the administrator. The administrator promises to sort it out tomorrow, but the number is not changed either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, the request is ignored.

The way back: I bought a ticket for the Eilat-Tel Aviv plane in advance. Arrived at the airport in an hour (taxi cost 28 shekels). Me for interrogation, things for inspection. For an hour, I answered questions: why did you come to Israel, who did you meet, where did you go, which restaurants did you visit, where do you work. We shook out all the contents of the bag, looked at the photos in the camera. I was taken for inspection, things were returned shaken out into containers. From hand luggage, they transferred a mobile phone, a camera, a Russian passport, and keys to luggage. The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours. In Tel Aviv, it turned out that the buses between the terminals do not go - Shabbat. I go by taxi (60 shekels).

I arrive at the airport an hour before the departure time, they tell me: You do not have time for the plane, I am indignant. They take me for inspection: they feel my hair, my neck, and in general they feel everything. They turn out luggage, open jars with purchased creams, and escort them to the landing. I get on the plane, I'm shaking. I arrive at Domodedovo, but there is no luggage. I'm writing a missing luggage report. I go downstairs, go up to the manager of Coral, ask what could happen with the luggage, were there any similar cases, I say that the offers that they sell to tourists (Tel Aviv - Moscow) end up costing 2 times more. In response: 1) contact the airline about luggage, 2) well, luggage is lost, some are found, some are not, 3) I can’t understand the logic, they themselves saved on the transfer and are dissatisfied with something else. In general, translated from the language of goblins, Coral does not bear any responsibility for everything that happens in you on your "vacation".
