We bought a ticket to Tunisia in Solaris on August 29 for September 13. The tour was sold by Elena Moshkina. For two weeks we were preparing for the upcoming trip, and the day before on the 12th, Elena called us and said that our flight had been canceled. We were shocked when we learned that there was no such flight at all. We were sold a ticket from the tour operator Versa, who was already going to declare himself bankrupt, but Elena Moshkina hid this from us. We wrote an application for a refund. We were promised to give them back on September 16th. today it's already 18 and they don't give money back. Every day they serve breakfast.
Do not contact the Solaris travel agency, they are deceiving by selling non-existent tours. The money is then not returned.
