The tour was bought through another travel agency, so I can’t evaluate how the managers in the office work. We were pleasantly surprised by the reception in the host country itself. Everything is clear, without delay.
The accompanying guides are positive, talkative and not very arrogant when it comes to arrivals at all sorts of tourist shops. But this applies only to guides of Russian-Ukrainian-Belarusian origin. Thais, as guides, no. They say ours are forced to take them to work.
I liked the hotel guide Ivan very much, you can contact him at any time, he will help you with any question, he will always call in advance, remind you, warn you ... We were happy with everything.
