The only thing that I liked was the transfer from the airport and the bus driver, everything else is just wild horror. Our guide Ali at the Chihan Turk hotel appeared only 1 time, in order to sell us excursions, he promised to take the money in just three boxes and fled, saying that if you call. As a result, on the very first day of our vacation, we went to Hamam, since this excursion was a gift, it turned out that it really didn’t include anything, with which Ali deceived us. After that, we called Lemar and they told us that this issue would be resolved, but everything was left without a solution. After that we had 3 more excursions.

If I knew that everything would go exactly like this, then I would rather take a tour from Hucksters near the hotel, the service is absolutely the same. We went to the Aegean Islands like normal, even good compared to Cleopatra and Pamukkale. On Cleopatra, in addition to us, another 70 Turks were packed onto the boat, among their hubbub we could not understand or hear anything. As a result, the guide was silent for the entire tour, after we arrived and swam on Cleopatra, we were seated at the table and fed, with semi-finished products of simply Galim quality, although in the Aegean islands we were fed with real smoked fish. Moreover, an excursion to Cleopatra cost more than to the Aegean Islands. As for Pomukale, then I won’t say anything at all. The tour is at 4 am, after a long road at the end the guide starts broadcasting that I am not a guide, the guide is on another bus. Oh yeah, we were riding some kind of groove while our comrades were riding a normal bus.

Stopping for breakfast put us out of our minds, of all that could be eaten at the breakfast buffet there were eggs, bread and cucumbers with tea ... It's just outrageous, after such a breakfast the road continued. We were promised a Russian-speaking guide, but what did we get? We got the Turk, who is barely white in Russian without respecting the intonation and the correctness of the expression of the words. The whole tour of Pomukala took 15 minutes with him, then we were told to walk here yourself and so on. Near the coliseum we met a group of Pegasus tourists, there the guide told everything, we even involuntarily joined their group, because it was interesting. In general, based on my impressions of the excursions, service and other things, I decided to write a very bad review about Biblio Globus everywhere, as they shifted the Tour Operator's obedience to such a terrible company as Lemar.
