Sit boorish and sticks. This agency clearly does not employ professionals in this field! In front of the client they can sit and chat about their dogs and nails, although a person is sitting in front of them. They do not listen carefully, as a result, a lot of problems arise before the departure due to their mistakes. Departures are canceled and not even warned. The attitude is disrespectful. I wonder where is the director?? Where is the leadership going? Conclusion: I do not recommend to anyone.
