Terrible agency stole my time.

I called this agency, clarified about the prices and dates of tours to Turkey. By phone they called the price of the hotel I was interested in and the date of 29,000 rubles. They said that if I arrive within an hour, they will not have time to redeem all the tickets. I took off from work. Withdrew the required amount from the ATM and went to them. An elderly woman was sitting in their office, who barked at me as soon as I entered their office, - "What do you need here, can't you see I'm busy with other tourists!" But the woman did not let up, continuing to yell at me, almost insulting me, saying that I went in the wrong way and sat down the wrong way.

But the flowers were ahead, when I asked about the tours that we agreed on by phone, an elderly woman began to squeal even more and demand that I give the name of the one who told me the cost of 29,000 rubles on them. Naturally, I did not remember the name of their employee, which annoyed the elderly lady even more. It turned out that their employee allegedly made a mistake in the price over the phone and the real price for this tour is 36,000 rubles, and the conditions are even worse.

In general, if you decide to buy tours from this desk, remember that the cost that they announce over the phone may differ significantly from the one they announce to you in the office. The policy of king travel apparently suggests that if a person comes to the office, he will simply feel sorry for the time spent and he will be ready to overpay 7000 rubles even despite the worst conditions.
