How many times have traveled through travel agencies, but have not yet experienced such a nightmare. The incompetence of the organization was in everything from telephone conversations to the tour itself. The company stupidly did not fulfill the terms of the contract, promising us a 3 * hotel (in fact it turned out to be 2 *), on the last day changing our tickets from a direct flight to a flight with transfers (back and forth, although I took the money as a direct one), screwed up with a transfer to airport ... in general, a whole bunch of negative impressions. Probably, those guys who rested with her were just lucky .... I don’t recommend it to everyone else. Now we are trying to return the money, at least part of it ... It has been dynamite for 11 days already ...
In more detail, why I do not recommend this travel agency as an operator. It all started with the fact that we could not confirm the hotel for a week (we took a tour to Greece). Then they confirmed a completely different hotel, but oh well.
We fly out on Sunday, in the morning of that day we find out that we are flying out on Monday afternoon (we are already late for work, because we clearly calculated the dates of departure and arrival). We pick up vouchers and it turns out that we are flying to Athens with transfers next to Latvia (this is still plus 3 hours, although we took money for a direct flight ... Plus, it turned out to be a low-cost airline, so we paid for luggage ourselves). On the spot it turned out that they were taking us not to 3 stars, but to 2, without normal breakfasts, the absence, of course, of a normal bathroom, bath accessories, there were not even cups and air conditioning in the room (again, they paid for 3 stars under the contract) . On the day of departure, we almost stayed at the hotel, because the transfer did not arrive - then, as it turned out, they could not pay the Greek side and we still don’t understand how they even came for us ..... In general, the rest turned out to be completely ruined .
Now we are trying to return the money and this bagpipe began like other people: either the director is not there, then the application is being considered, then they do not pick up the phone. I promised them that the whole Internet would know about them... FRIENDS!!!! BE CAREFULL!!!! STAY AWAY AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!!! DOWN FROM THE MARKET OF SCAM!!!!!!! In addition, they also remove all negative reviews from their site)))))))
