I chose this company because of the proximity to the house (metro station Prospekt Veteranov)
Managers never call back, you always have to call yourself and clarify everything! Left a message on the website, no one called back. I had to call myself and again report all the data. On the phone they said one price, upon arrival in half an hour the price rose by 2 thousand rubles! They don't pick up the phone for 2 hours. after booking the tour, they themselves did not call back to confirm the departure. I had to call myself for 2 days to find out that the flight was not confirmed, and I was supposed to fly out in 3 days already! The manager promised to pick up a similar tour, but again did not call back and did not offer anything! Vacation ruined
