Travel agent Margarita Lisnevskaya suggested the supposedly cheapest option (1 adult, 2 children aged 5 and 6 for 80,000 for 9 nights), she praised the hotel very much, everything is wonderful, she sent many people there, everyone is very happy, etc. etc. .
When I asked her to look at more options within this amount, she said that there was nothing else for such a price, in general, I relied on her choice, since the rest time was limited, they issued a tour package, came home, looked into the contract, found on the Internet, the hotel to which I was supposed to fly in 7 days, looked through all the information on the hotel and realized that it did not suit me at all, called Margarita, spoke politely, explained her feelings and doubts, there were no suggestions from her side, after my second call, she already began to speak in raised tones and was displeased, I asked her to try to look for something else within this amount, the reaction was zero, then she called again, did not pick up the phone, then her husband called and insisted that she looked for options, since the proposed option does not fit, she sent us a list of hotels, which were all 20-30 thousand rubles.

In general, for the whole week she didn’t offer anything more, she began to say that we are very problematic clients and many other unpleasant things, and she was very offended when her husband directly told her that she was a bad travel agent. In no case do not go to Lisbon to Margarita Lisnevskaya, especially if you are traveling abroad for the first time. While everything is fine, she smiles sweetly at you, as soon as questions arise, she immediately starts to be rude, there is no service, she only incites a conflict situation, like I don’t want to listen to all this (about questions about the hotel), etc. Very high self-conceit, she thinks yourself as an experienced travel agent.
As a result, the hotel turned out to be really bad, it’s not 4 *, but a very weak 3 *, there were also many dissatisfied vacationers from other places who also painted this hotel like a fairy tale (Side yesiloz hotel) and the area around the hotel itself is very unattractive and dirty. DO NOT GO TO MARGARITA LISNEVSKAYA!!!
