Terrible hotel guides

Rested on about. Hainan from 06/24/2018 to 07/08/2018. I read a lot of negative reviews about the Rus tour, but I decided to take a chance, the price of the tour was very attractive. Now I can say for sure that I will never rest with this operator again, and I do not advise others. The problems began immediately upon check-in, we were not satisfied with the provided room, and since all communication in China with hotel employees occurs only through a Russian-speaking hotel guide, we immediately turned to her, which we received a categorical refusal, and the guide did not even ask this question at the reception, but said that there were no other rooms. When leaving, there were also problems due to the fault of the guide, two drinks were missing in the mini bar, for which we naturally had to pay, but we reported that they were not there initially.

We checked out at six in the morning, did not have time to have breakfast, approached the guide for two days in a row and reminded us of this, so that we would be provided with dry rations upon departure, but the guide apparently forgot, as a result, we were left hungry. As for excursions, the tour operator's prices for them are simply sky-high, and it is completely incomprehensible why. We went to Romance Park with a guide Vladimir, it's something. How a person who cannot connect two words can work as a tour guide is simply incomprehensible. As a result, with the cost of the tour at four! thousand roubles. per person, they didn’t even bring us back to the hotel, but dropped us off at the shopping center, and in the park itself the whole group wandered on their own. In general, the impression of the rest turned out to be somehow blurred because of the many minor troubles that could not have happened if it were not for the staff of the Rus tour.
