I suffered complete fear. It all started right at the airport upon arrival in Dubai. It turns out that the employees of "Natalie Tours" messed up something with the visa. They made a mistake on one letter and tied my husband right at the airport. I tried to contact the staff of "Natalie Tours", but in response, silence. Somehow, with two children in my arms, I got to the hotel by taxi. After all, no one met us. And then bam another surprise. There was no reservation for our family. I tried to explain the situation to the hotel staff, all teary-eyed. And thank God, all the same, understanding people work in the hotel. Upon learning of my situation, the hotel staff were not surprised. Because, as practice shows, this is not an isolated case.

Me and my children were fed and watered and tried to help deal with the situation. The fact is that in the documents we had a reservation for a completely different hotel. Not 5 stars, but 3! But we booked 5 stars! Attempts to somehow contact the staff of Natalie Tours were unsuccessful. Thanks to the staff of the Silk Way travel agency, they helped to resolve the situation with my husband. He was released. But the vacation was definitely ruined! The hotel was also rebooked, now with the Silk Road travel agency, which naturally resulted in additional costs. I wouldn't wish such a vacation with Natalie Tours to my enemy
