Good afternoon!

I would like to share my impressions about the service at the Blue Sky travel agency. Before contacting this agency, I read a huge number of positive reviews about it on their website, so I was extremely surprised and upset by the service provided to me at the Blue Sky branch on Festivalnaya street, in Auchan City.

Here is how it was…

I have a Cosmopolitan Visa card that offers a 7% discount at Blue Sky. Having learned about this promotion, I, of course, decided to buy a ticket there, especially since the company is very well-known and respected.

My husband and I decided to contact Blue Sky on Festivalnaya Street, since we live nearby. The manager we got to was Oksana Burkmistova. We named the approximate amount that we were willing to spend on the trip and we were offered several options, one of which was the Cesars Temple Belek hotel, where we went.

I must say that Oksana was extremely reluctant to talk about the hotel, did not respond to our questions, did not tell us about the meeting at the airport, about possible excursions, about the guide, and her competence in relation to, at least this hotel, left much to be desired. But my husband and I are absolutely normal people and are used to the fact that in our country companies do not really fight for a client ... so this did not stop our desire to go.

My claim is different. When we agreed on everything, Oksana counted something on the calculator for a long time and then told us the final cost of the trip (with a discount on my card). Thinking in my mind that the amount was not entirely correct, I politely asked: “Excuse me, but what kind of discount did you give us?”. To this I received the answer: “Good!”. "Good discount" was about 5%.

After a long discussion, why did Oksana decide to make the discount that she wanted, and not the one that the company guarantees, she explained that she did not believe me that I would pay the full amount (without asking me about it), so and decided to reduce the discount to be safe; but now she still believes me (probably, she suddenly discovered psychic abilities) and will give me the due discount. This was followed by a certain number of apologies from Oksana with a proposal to “not be offended” by her and forget about this situation.

I can say that I’m not at all “offended” and “didn’t take offense” at Oksana, it’s just the first time in my life I meet such an ill-conceived way to cash in on a client and such an indistinct and awkward explanation (I would even say “excuse”) from the manager .

I just want to advise everyone who will apply to Blue Sky and other travel agencies to carefully check that all your rights as a client are respected.
