Bought a package tour to Greece on the island of Crete. Bought the tour almost 2 months before the departure date. Departure date changed 4 times. We found out about the last change of departure at the airport. We spent 10 hours at the airport. Initially, according to the assurances of the "cute" girls from TUI and the issued electronic tickets, we had to land on the land of the beautiful island of Crete on 07/26/2012 at 3:40 pm local time, and as a result, we arrived on 07/27/2012 at 2:30 pm. The contract states - the beginning of the trip: 07/26/2012 end: 08/05/2012 10 nights. Departure back at 07.55 05.08.2012. We called the TUI agency to express a claim, contacted the firm's lawyer. The firm's lawyer, after listening to the complaint, advised me to learn how to count. When asked to introduce himself, he answered - “I can tell you my biography, in short, write a claim where you bought it and learn to count.” Maybe she's right and really need to learn?
