According to Galina S., who arranges the trip, the transfer and excursions should have been carried out by the local intermediary CLASSIC Travel GmbH (Bockenheimer Landstrasse 68) it is also indicated in the vouchers, in the Moscow office, two days before departure, I received passports with visas and a voucher indicating of the booked hotel (the Novum Style Hotel Berlin Centrum 3 stars, address Franklinstr. 23) was indicated. At the airport, we were met by an ordinary taxi driver, he specified the address, looked at the voucher (given by a DSBW employee) and took us to the hotel indicated in the voucher, at the reception the hotel told me that my reservation was not in the system and I needed to check, after 10 minutes I was told about the cancellation of the reservation.

I started calling the Moscow office, they switched me to other employees, until they switched to a certain Elena K. (Department of Germany and Switzerland of DSBW-TOURS), she promised to help and call back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes passed, they told me that another 10 minutes and they would tell me everything, naturally another 20 minutes passed and they told me that the employee had gone for lunch and only she was dealing with my issue and there was no one else.

When the employee bothered to return and answer, it turned out that in Germany they have a girl with whom they do not have a telephone connection, she works at home, and booked a hotel, while canceling the hotel reservation that I was given at the office two days before departure , when I had already arrived (they work normally) and now they don’t know what to do, the hotel is different, to go to another place, after a couple of such calls it turned out that I should order a taxi myself and at my own expense get to another hotel, and before that somehow go online and she sent me a new voucher with a new hotel by mail. Arriving at a new hotel, I immediately discovered that this hotel was clearly lower in category, it was generally located in a residential building, like a hostel, a couple of queries on the Internet revealed that the new Pension Stuttgarter Eck hotel at Kaiser-Friedrich Strasse 54 / A) has only 2 stars, not the contracted 3 stars.

The mood was already spoiled, everyone was tired, waiting in other people's hotels and on the street, the day was wasted. The fabulous service of this office did not end there, a transfer to the airport was promised, I was sent a voucher indicating the time of arrival (Treffpunkt: at 15:00 the driver is waiting for you at the hotel reception with a sign) and what do you think? - no one came. I call the Moscow office, they send me to call the local numbers indicated in the voucher (naturally, no one picks up the phone) until one of these numbers calls me back, they say on the phone that the transfer is at 15:30 (in the voucher sent by DSBW says 15:00), the taxi driver eventually arrives. Total: I paid 161 thousand rubles for 7 days, for three people, of which about 110 thousand rubles for the hotel, I knew that when I turned to an intermediary, I would overpay for their services, for example, the Novum Style Hotel Berlin Centrum would cost me 50 thousand rubles. on the same conditions, and the hotel in which I was settled in Pension Stuttgarter Eck at 38 thousand rubles.

, at the same time, having overpaid three times, they not only did not provide the services promised under the contract, but also caused moral damage and forced me to incur additional material costs, they could not even organize a transfer. Travel company DSBW and its trusted contractors do not perform the services specified by them in the contract. It's just a scam.
