We fly with Sunrise tour not for the first time. We were met at the airport without queues, escorted to the bus, the young man answered all the questions, although he was not very talkative.
Hotel guide - Alina. Nice girl. Advised excursions in a human way. Fatima, who accompanied us on the tour, was very pleasant. A caring sweet girl, ready to share her knowledge about the country.
I was surprised and unpleasantly surprised by the transfer to the airport. We were picked up from the hotel 7 hours before the plane took off. WE WENT FOR THREE HOURS AND PICKED PEOPLE FROM THE HOTELS. When boarding the bus, the accompanying Elena did not even talk about such a long trip, but talked very nicely with the bus driver. When we indignantly asked why it took so long, she casually answered us that this was standard procedure. We were not asked to go to the toilet elementary for these 3 hours.
The attitude towards the guests as a herd was very indignant.
Filling a full bus of small children and adults, riding them for 5 hours to Turkish music is a very dubious entertainment.
Impressions of the holiday was blurred. Although thanks to Sunrise Tour for flying home.
