The tour operator company, the representative office of the hotel in the Czech Republic, works reliably and only with Czech sanatoriums and hotels. I like the staff - always friendly, competent. This is an individual approach to each tourist. No one is in a hurry, they consider all the wishes of customers, show flexibility and understanding. Always a pleasure to chat. You can, of course, solve everything online, but discussing the details with a professional by phone or during a visit is very useful, especially for older people.
