We purchased in advance a tour for the New Year 31.12.2010 Italy-Switzerland-Principality of Liechtenstein from the De Luxe Travel tour operator back in October. And this long-awaited tour came when we arrived in Bologna (Italy) on December 31, 2010, we were expecting a wonderful New Year's dinner, and what we saw and were horrified, we paid 90 Euros in advance for dinner, the food was not fresh, many were poisoned, from drinks (a bottle of red and white wine ). and I had to sweat for champagne. humiliate myself in front of the guide, they say ask for a glass of champagne. although it was included in the price, there was not even music. The next day at 8 in the morning we already left by bus from Bologna to Milan

We drove to Milan for more than 3 hours, exhausted by the road, sleepless, arriving in Milan immediately on a walking tour for 2 hours, and then they gave us 3 hours of free time (to eat, find a toilet and take a walk), so we were looking for where the toilets are, this is a problem in Italy they are not , only in restaurants. cafes, if you order a menu. In the evening we arrived at the hotel, there was almost no view of the city, the guide Eugene could not really explain anything, he just chilled with the group. The next day the trip to Verona was also a long journey, then moving from city to city from 4 to 6 hours, especially moving to Switzerland, the whole group was tired, breakfasts in hotels are bad, dinners who ordered (2 dishes included) were not tasty and not fresh, many got up hungry from the table and left.
