Immediately after boarding the bus, explain to the participants of the trip the need and reason for the exact observance of the timing of the bus movement and the consequences. It is absolutely necessary to strictly demand this observance of time.
At the beginning of the trip, you need to distribute the rules of the trip so that each participant signs (in case of making a claim if the participants are late for the group gathering place and boarding the bus).
Roman Smirnov, the guide of this tour, is a wonderful group leader and guide, but in my opinion a rather gentle person. As a result, people are late realizing that they will still be messed with.
But in general, according to a 5-point system, I evaluate the work of travel agency managers at 4; guide Roman Smirnov - by 4.8; drivers for 5!!!
