I entered into an agreement on tourist services dated August 14, 2016 No. 126550154 in the amount of 121,791.18 rubles. However, due to personal circumstances, on August 15, 2016, she wrote a statement about the termination of the contract. At the time of writing the application, vouchers, plane tickets, etc. were not sent to my email. Employees of the company promptly canceled the tour on 08/15/2016.
At the same time, as of the current date, the funds have not been returned to me in full, referring to the actual costs incurred and the cashier writes out 120,472.38 rubles for issuance. According to the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the tour operator can retain only those funds, the expenditure of which you can document.
At the same time, they could not provide me with documents confirming the very expenses actually incurred (checks, contracts, etc.).
In 2016, on this occasion, an application was written to the Legal Department of Biblio-Globus LLC for the provision of documented expenses, the original was given to an office employee. IT'S ALREADY 10 WORKING DAYS. However, there is no answer and none of the employees can give me sensible information!!!
