We wanted to book an excursion by finding an offer on the website of this travel agency. They left a request, a day passed, two, three, a week - no reaction. The phone number was also not answered. Being near the office of the travel agency (Karl Marx Street 70a), we wanted to go in person. It turned out - the company moved out of the office in May! But this address is indicated everywhere, including on the site!
We left a second request and only then (after another 2 days) we were answered by e-mail.
It turns out that the manager could not call us back, because the company did not allocate money to pay for the phone to communicate with customers! What?!
