Were 4 and 5.11.17. The organization of the tour is simply disgusting! The guide Tatyana did not conduct a single excursion. All her work was limited to scarce stories about objects while the bus was moving. After that, the tourists were given time to explore the object on their own, while the guide stood and smoked by the bus along with the driver. As an example - the fortress "Korela". Tatyana smoked by the bus while the whole group wandered around the fortress on their own for an hour. A tour of the fortress is not included in the tour price and must be paid separately. But at the time of our arrival, all the guides were busy. It would seem, what is it - we have our own guide. But no, the travel agency "Charm Travel" cannot agree on the conduct of excursions by its guide, even in cases where all the guides working at the facility are busy. This already says a lot about the company itself.
The next object is the destroyed church in Lahdenpohja.
The scenario is the same - a couple of phrases about the object from the lips of the guide at the entrance to the city, and then go and see for yourself. With us in the church at the same time there was a group led by a guide from another travel agency. And the difference in the work of this guide and our Tatyana was visible to the eye. While Tatyana, as usual, was smoking on the sidelines, the neighboring group was listening to an exciting excursion.
A sightseeing tour of the city of Sortovala is generally something: "Look to the left - the Pyaterochka store, look to the right - the square, look to the left - an abandoned school."
There is no way to describe everything. I will say one thing - "Charm Travel" worked well only in the matter of transfer. There was no excursion component in the trip. The guide is a lazy young lady, absolutely incompetent in her work. As a result, I will never recommend this company to anyone, for this money (6000 rubles / person).
