We rested from 12.08. to 22.08.2016 in the village Kabardinka. We bought vouchers back in May, in the office on the street. Christmas. The manager is not very talkative. But! It's different! The bus turned out to be very old with a practically non-working air conditioner, and some kind of strange attendant, without a badge and looking like a vacationer (in shorts, a T-shirt). When boarding the bus, we were not even asked to show documents and vouchers. And it seemed strange to us that almost the entire bus was familiar with each other. Everyone except us 2 and 5 other girls. It turned out that they had been buying vouchers for a long time from this escort. She (Tatiana Guryevna, I don’t know her last name) is an intermediary and she was only interested in her group. They changed the route with the drivers (it was indicated in the documents, discussed at the office when buying a ticket, and later at the office we were told that they should not do this). And without telling us anything, instead of bringing us to Kabardinka (for which we paid), they brought us to the village.

Divnomorskoye, landed on some square, in the heat. The escort brushed aside our questions with a smirk, put her entire group in a gazelle and they left. And the driver generally began to scream like crazy, we thought he would fly at us to fight. They took us to the courtyard of a nearby house, where we had to wait another 2 hours for the drivers to take a shower and eat (after we spent 2 days in a bus without air conditioning). On the way they gathered people who would go home, and only after that they brought us to the boarding house. The bus back was even worse, the air conditioning did not work at all, but they drove quickly. The return trip was 26 hours.

I would not recommend traveling with Triel Tour. All the same, the main thing on vacation is the mood, fellow travelers and the bus.
