From the beginning of September, I began to look for a fellow traveler and a tour, I found a fellow traveler, but for a long time I could not choose a tour and a country, I started from finances and dates. When the dates of my vacation were chosen and determined, my nightly activity consisted of calling travel agencies and monitoring in the social. networks. And somehow I stumbled upon the site TOUR24.RU, where I left a request for a tour, they called me back only after 2 weeks !!! My manager was Anastasia Melnikova

She began to call me every day, in principle kept up to date with all the prices, I compared with other operators .... as a result, time was running out, the vacation came on September 21, the tour was still not selected and the tours did not fall in price .... only Turkey remained, where I didn’t want to fly at all !!!! It just so happened that we took a tour for 7 nights and 8 days, the departure was supposed to be on September 24, as a result, the money hung (transferred through Sberbank!

) she, without our consent, put us on a plane on September 26, lost 2 full days !!!!!! but the same cost. And they also asked for a youth-tested hotel, but ended up in a viper and in the Sovdep, obviously it doesn’t smell like 4 stars !!!!! Disgusting food, the beach is not pebbly, but the days are cobblestones, I cut my legs, I was hungry all 6 days !!!! Rude attitude of staff!!!!

After the payment, Anastasia's attitude changed, she did not send us documents for a long time, now, as they say, it was not she who began to run after us, but we after her! And it really stressed me out! They even began to think that this is a one-day travel agency !!!! That our money was running out, but we still received the documents the day before departure, on September 25 I printed everything out!

My verdict: I really didn’t like working with this company again in my life I will never! And I don't recommend it!!!!! They just want to sell the tour
