We flew with this globe to Tunisia. We also booked a trip to the zoo. An old bus came for us, in which we traveled to hotels for the rest of the tourists for another 2.5 hours. We were promised a travel time of no more than 40 minutes! But that's okay... When we drove away from the hotel, the weather began to deteriorate and it began to rain with a thunderstorm. This, in principle, did not stop our guide and she said that it does not rain in Tunisia for more than 5 minutes. All in the same thunderstorm, they brought us to the zoo and kicked us out of the bus. The guide went under a canopy and told us to go watch the performance of a fur seal or hide somewhere else from the rain.
Naturally, we did not see any animals while we were running with the children in our arms to the shelter. Wet to the skin! After half an hour, everyone returned to the bus and began to demand to return us back to the hotels. But they received a very indifferent answer - "The bus will not go anywhere until the end of the excursion time."
And no matter how they begged her and her boss to return us or return the money, there was an indifferent answer to everything. In principle, she soon left us for her colleagues altogether. We sat on the bus for 6 hours. Everyone got wet, caught a cold, and now the whole family is sitting at home with a runny nose and scribbling this review.
What can I say about this tour operator. The most terrible, irresponsible, indifferent and negligent operator we have ever traveled with!
Before the start of the tour, they had to check and make sure that nothing would interfere with us and take some measures in the course of an emergency! And do not bend your line further ...
Do not ever use their services!!!!!!!!!!!
