Terrible trip with tour operator Natalie Tours to Portugal. Lost any desire to rest with them.

Rested in Lisbon family for 10 days. Our tour included a transfer, a hotel and a sightseeing tour of the city. Before departure, no one told us when the sightseeing tour would be, they said to inform us only upon arrival. Our flight was 19 hours. We were insanely tired. Nobody met us. Nobody called us, nobody lost us. We contacted the representative of Natalie Tours in Moscow. They, too, could not find their representatives in Lisbon. We had to take a taxi ourselves to the hotel. The search for representatives of Natalie Tours took about two hours. More than 19 days have passed, no one has compensated us for the expenses. For two days we could not contact the representatives of the company in Lisbon and could not find out when the sightseeing tour would be.

Representatives of Natalie Tours in Moscow also could not get through to their local representatives in Lisbon. After a long search, spent money on telephone conversations, they sent us an SMS with information about the tour. We ordered two more excursions from them, because. We liked the survey and the guide told interesting things. We also enjoyed the second tour. But they were not able to organize the third one for us, although they promised. We waited, and could not go to Porto, because. hoped for them. We prepared for the return transfer and thought out a fallback option. We were met on time at the hotel, but we were met by a very boorish and aggressive woman, as if we owed her a lot of money. She dropped us off at the airport, did not explain anything, did not see us off, did not answer the question about tax free.

During our entire stay in Lisbon, no one apologized to us, and even now no one is in a hurry to return the money and apologize.
