Probably we were just unlucky with the manager, I don’t know how the work in the company as a whole is going. We talked with Anna Plekhanova. Initially, they came to the office on the Griboyedov Canal, then she was transferred to Leninsky Prospekt.
Immediately after the wedding, with the donated money, we decided to go to Sicily. The place was chosen for a long time, since they had not yet rested together, and the honeymoon trip should be remembered.
We turned to the "Sea of the Sun" after reading positive reviews. Initially, Plekhanova made a positive impression, spoke about the country, made a selection of hotels, a couple of days later we made an advance payment of 30 thousand for the chosen hotel and planned our trip literally by day.
We waited TWO weeks (from June 26 to July 9) for the approval of the hotel, Anna answered our calls every other time, she said, we have to wait, the issue with the availability of rooms is being resolved. And she herself never recruited us!
On my next call, she said that there were no rooms and offered to choose another hotel.
Since the ticket is bought at the height of the season, prices have changed significantly in two weeks, and for the money that we had, we received only "shacks". The manager began to offer us Cyprus, in principle we were not against it, because. leave at work is marked and there is no possibility to transfer it. Even at the first meeting and later in the course of telephone conversations, we indicated that we were interested in quiet cities without an active nightlife. In Cyprus, Anna picked up hotels for us in Ayia Napa, a noisy youth resort. When I said that this was not exactly what we were looking for, Anna replied sharply: "Well, I don't force you to go to clubs." This is understandable, but the city itself is not associated with tranquility and peaceful relaxation. For example, in Sicily, we planned to relax in a fishing village.
We decided to take the money, but the manager has already stopped answering our calls. Arriving at the office on the Griboyedov Canal, we wrote an application for a refund, we were told that the refund would be made within 1-2 days. We were waiting for the return from July 9 to 17! Moreover, Anna Plekhanova only once picked up the phone during this time and said that the accounting department was silent and she did not know when the money would be returned to us. Only after repeated calls to the office, when the patience and delicacy had already gone, and the conversations became sharper, we were given a refund.
I think any girl will understand what it's like to lose a planned honeymoon trip! Definitely do not recommend this agency until their staff learns to be responsible! I hope that if the company's employees look at the reviews, they will take measures in their work so that such incidents do not happen again!
