A ruined vacation.

Hello! First of all, I want to say - do not go here ever! This hotel and our travel agency "Expert Group" (tour operator Versa) ruined the whole vacation! The worst place I've ever seen, and I hope we never will! I don't even know how to call this place easier.. Zoo! And now in order!

When we ordered a tour from our travel agency (Expert Group), we were told that this hotel is quite suitable for a family vacation, that the rooms have everything you need (hairdryer, TV, telephone, safe, air conditioning, etc.), such as a good location and etc. since there was no time to choose, and we were assured that the hotel reviews were good for at least 4 stars, we agreed. Happy satisfied, paid and waited for the trip.

The day of departure came .. he did not ask in the morning. Our flight to Russia was delayed for 3 hours. It's okay .. flew away .. Exhausted flew to Spain! Beauty, gorgeous weather and the desire to wash, relax and go to the sea!

But our host Terramar tour managed to delay the bus for 1.5 hours .. and then from the airport to the hotel to go more than 2 hours!!!!

It's okay .. endured .. although half a day was already a minus from our vacation ..

And here we are with hope approaching the hotel!! Outwardly quite acceptable. We came to the reception, a rather modest design .. no one speaks Russian. We were given the keys to the room and a booklet for breakfast and dinner. And when we entered the elevator, we were horrified ... it is terribly old, gets stuck, creaks, periodically does not go at all ... and the room is on the 6th floor! Walking with suitcases is difficult. We got up, opened the door and were shocked! The room is not big, bare walls, one bedside table, 1 closet inside the wall, for some reason three beds, one socket in the toilet, a balcony and that's it!!!!!!! There is nothing else!! Generally! no hair dryer, no phone, no safe ... I'm silent already about the condo! The room was very stuffy and smelled of chlorine! We were dumbfounded and ran to the reception, asking where everything that we were promised!!!

But we were told that there was no such thing! Type rejoice that at least it's clean! We were disappointed, went back .. and started calling the hosting travel agency Terramar Tour ... then they wrote to Expert Group and Versa .. they kicked us everywhere .. and this went on for 7 days until our forces ran out. During this period, money was stolen from our room ... the police accepted a statement, but that was all. We were offered a paid safe downstairs near the reception. BUT! From the third day of our stay there, the reception was closed and there was no security, the entrance to the hotel was also closed and we walked through the neighboring hotel. So the safe in an unguarded room, where drunken youth constantly rubs, did not suit us. In addition to all this, this hotel is located in the club part of the city. Where there are a lot of clubs, bars, shops ... Accordingly, those who from 9 pm to 6 am sausage came there, and then slept all day.

For three nights in a row, drunken Englishmen and someone else who spoke Russian, ran all evening and night, yelled, sang songs, banged their heads on doors, smashed windows, covered floors with blood, turned on fire alarms and all that. It was impossible to sleep in such an environment ... but in the daytime I still wanted to go on excursions and to the beach. After a few sleepless nights, I started having nervous breakdowns, I was shaking and I didn’t want anything anymore! My husband was on edge too. We went, complained .. but all to no avail. The pools were cold and dirty. As a result, we were advised to buy earplugs and a sedative! What we did, the only way we were able to sleep at least a little at night ... In general, we left this zoo in the morning, returned in the evening .. earplugs and sleep! The less stay in this hotel, the better. But since they stole money from our room .. we could not afford everything that we wanted to travel in full. The only thing that was ok was the cleaning...

every day .. they washed the floors and changed towels .. but the bed linen was in a terrible state .. with holes and blood stains .. and the bedspreads had not been washed for 20 years. The food is quite decent, the choice is average, without frills and variety. It takes 3-4 minutes to go to the sea .. but the beach is packed .. everyone is lying on each other's heads .. so it's worth walking 10-15 minutes to enjoy the more empty beach and decent surroundings. In general, upon arrival home, they tried to get at least some kind of apology and compensation from the Expert Groups and Versa, but we were sent culturally. Although we provided them with photos and video materials of where they sent us, we also provided the official description of the hotel and rooms, the original statement to the police about the loss of money. They dismissed that they have nothing to do with it, you yourself are to blame !!! Versa said that everyone was warned about this hotel, and the Expert Group said that it was not their fault and they just read the information on the tour operator's website, i.e. Versions.

As a result, it turns out that due to an incompetent tourism manager, a poor description on the Versa website, our vacation seemed like hell to us and money was stolen, but no one is even going to apologize, and it turns out we are to blame for everything ... we paid 70 thousand to relax in zoo and not get enough sleep!!! Unfortunately, there is nothing to go to court with. the terms of accommodation are not specified in the contract with the travel agency. And what we were told in words, no one will confirm. So don't make our mistake and don't come to this hotel and don't mess with Expert Group! It is better to pay extra 3-5 thousand and live normally, enjoying your vacation. And believe me, Spain is good and beautiful!!!! Good luck to all.
