Excursion tour to Italy from 08/06/2011 - 08/13/2011

08/06/2011 upon arrival at the airport. Federico Filini at 13.30, I met the guide of the host company Deluxe Travel - Diana. 6 more tourists flew in with me. The plane arrived without delay, exactly on schedule, i.е. earlier than 16.00.

Guide Diana and driver Nikola refused to take us (tourists) to the river. San Marino, citing the fact that visiting the river. San Marino was already busy in the morning with tourists who arrived on earlier flights at 6 am. Diana said that this happens often with them and an excursion to San Marino will be provided to us on the day of departure, i.e. 08/13/2011

Then Guide Diana and driver Nikola took 6 tourists who arrived with me to a hotel in the Katholika area. After that, Diana refused to take me to the Marcus Hotel, located next to the Cesenatico area. (The hotel declared in the tour program is AUSONIA 3). Diana said that it was about 40 km to my hotel and it would cost 1,000 euros.

Since I am alone, this is considered an individual transfer that is not paid. As a result, I had to wait about 5 hours for the bus at the airport parking lot for the arrival of 2 flights from Rostov and Moscow. At 19.00 the driver Nikola took me and tourists from Rostov and Moscow to a hotel near Cesenatico.

Conclusion: do not get fooled by the phrase "individual transfer". In fact, the host party is obliged to take you to the hotel, even if you arrived alone.

On August 13, 2011, I asked the guide Romanova Elena, who was picking us up, about visiting the river. San Marino. To which Elena replied: “No one will take you to San Marino. After a fight, they don’t wave their fists, it was necessary to sort this out with the meeting guide, Diana.” Then I asked Elena where I could go to complain about the missed visit to the river. San Marino. The following dialogue followed:

Elena: You are one of those whose grandmother wrote complaints under Stalin.

I'm your mother, why are you talking to me like that?

Me: What does grandmother and age have to do with it, if we are talking about an unprovided excursion?

Elena: You'll never get married!

Me: My personal life should not concern you. How do you know if I'm already married?

Elena: Then you'll get divorced soon! I'm not going to talk to you.

Me: I'm also not going to talk to a woman who has been bitten on the lips by bees.

After these words, Elena attacked me, grabbed my head with her nails and scratched my right cheek. The woman who was sitting across the aisle in a nearby chair managed to pull Elena away from me. All this happened on the bus (the transfer took us to the airport). I was sitting in the passenger seat, and Elena was standing next to me in the aisle. I did not show any resistance to Elena Romanova, because I was afraid that at the slightest movement she would disfigure my face.

Upon arrival at the airport, I contacted the police, pointed out Elena to the police and wrote a corresponding statement. (If interested, I can send a copy of this statement to the police by e-mail).

How the situation was resolved: The tour operator reimbursed the cost of the unprovided excursion in the amount of 20 euros. Regarding the behavior of Romanova Elena, Deluxe Travel stated that all this is not true and that I allegedly attacked her. I never received an apology from Deluxe Travel for the behavior of my employee, as well as no material compensation for ruining my vacation and scratching my face :(
