In August, we bought a ticket for a group of 5 people. Departure for 3 days at sea. On the day of departure on August 17, an SMS arrived, TC ODYSSEY DON was closed and all trips were cancelled. The first week the phones were not answered and the offices were closed. Then the director Solodovnikova Svetlana appeared in one of the offices, accepted an application for a refund and promised to return it. I visited her often and she told me not about her poor health, but about her son who offends her and takes the money. As a result, she offered me another tour for the November holidays without a refund, to which we agreed and signed a new contract. However, on November 3, they didn’t take us anywhere either! there was not even a warning SMS. Now the company has moved out of their offices, the phones are not answered.

And you, Alena, do not judge people who are thrown into money.. And none of us is obliged to pay for Svetlana's treatment!! She owes money back to everyone, not just you!!!

As a result, I'm going to file a lawsuit. I suggest all deceived tourists to join.
