Firstly, the operator cheated on the flight and tried to blame everything on the airline, but in fact it turned out that the operator BIBLIO GLOBUS moved our flight to another flight and thus we lost a day of rest. The operator refused compensation. Fraud will be reported. Secondly, there is a lot of false information about the hotel where the tour was sold to us, Wi-Fi is paid, free only at the reception within a radius of no more than 10 meters. The hotel is not ready in terms of infrastructure, although it is open, but what is in the pictures that show the new finish, all this is not there yet. Today is 05/12/18. For the first time I saw a hotel without drinking water, we took HB meals. There is no water in the room, they try to sell it all the time in bars, only after a strict indication that water should be free, they give it. Otherwise, the rest resembles a cheap 3 * hotel. Decided to rest in Cyprus, never been. I realized that there is nothing to do here for that kind of money.
Turkey on all inclusive would have rested for a week, but here for this money 4 days. In general, BIBLIO GLOBUS OBORZEL!
