We bought a tour, it seemed that nothing foreshadowed trouble, they specially took it so that there were a minimum of services: transportation and accommodation. Accommodation - we choose a hotel, and transportation - by default by Czech Airlines. Paid for the tour in full. And then we are suddenly transferred to Russian airlines, which are simply miserable compared to the Czech ones, explaining this by the fact that a group has already been formed for the NSA (although there are still a large number of tickets for this date for the NSA by online booking), but the point is simply that to Russia - an action, and there a round-trip flight is equal to the same cost of NSA only in one direction!
Moreover, this will not change the cost of the tour for us, but the quality of the trip - what a thrill to fly from Russia on the Russian line, with stone faces of the stewards, and the mood is simply terrible, and the trip has not yet begun.
In general, if you want a quiet, quality holiday and conscientious service, then bypass the Atlas travel agency, and especially the manager Anna Tenyakova.
