Good day or evening to all! My wife and I went on a tour of Italy from the Pak-Group company. From the very first moment, overlays and problems began - without any explanation, the flight was delayed for 4 hours. Never fly with Orenburg Airlines! As it turned out, these are the worst carriers with constant shifting of flight departures. And when you fly out there, the flight is delayed, when you fly back, they shift it half a day earlier. In Rimini, we were provided with a guide, Olga Sheleva. We have never seen a more dishonest guide in our lives. It seems like she just hates tourists. But at the same time, the interests of those who provided us with goods and services at the highest prices by 2 or even 3 times were taken into account. All representatives of our group on the 2nd day of excursions simply began to follow the prices that were offered to us. For example, a trip to the Pitti Palace from our guide cost 30 euros, while the ticket indicated 13 euros.
The hateful service for imposing shops with discounts for tourists said the opposite. In a nearby store, the same product cost 2-3 times cheaper! The restaurants that we visited were not particularly sophisticated, but the prices in them were also 2 times higher. Our guide Olga Sheleva was constantly absent from the group. We were left to the mercy of fate and solved all the problems ourselves. At the same time, we observed the same tourist groups in which the guides were with their groups everywhere and all the time. Meals were organized in a very poor way. The hotels in which we stayed did not have their own restaurants, and therefore we were forced to run around the city to a certain cafe, chosen by the guide Olga Sheleva. As we all assumed, she had her benefit from this. Dinner in such a restaurant could last 1.5 hours and at the same time the staff looked at us as if they were customers who owe them something.
Several times we simply did not wait for dessert and left. All hotels selected by Pak-Group were characterized by a low level of service. Our Soviet hostels are the approximate level of those hotels where we stayed. When traveling by bus, the interests of tourists were not taken into account. The journey from Rimini to Venice takes 3.5 hours, but no proposal for a technical stop has even been made. Our guide and driver managed to establish business even here. As you all understand, without water and not there and not here. We were offered the following service on the bus - a half-liter bottle of water cost 1.5 euros, while if you go to the store yourself, you can buy a 2-liter bottle of water for 0.5 euros. The guide Olga Sheleva offered the following service - the headphones that we used when visiting excursions cost 15 euros per person, but as we assume this should have been included in the cost of the trip.
In short, money was taken wherever possible. We were their milk cows.
There is an opinion that such work of guides as Olga Sheleva is beneficial for Pak-Group, and most likely in economic terms. The interests of tourists are of no importance to them.
Never contact Pak-Group!!!
