Swindle and Fraud

May 2019 Japan. I have never had such a disgusting and expensive vacation. I do not recommend doing business with this office. They are not responsible for their actions. I travel a lot and with different offices. But such a swindle! -I have not seen anywhere. On the site, everything is written chic, but in reality, have time to shoot noodles! Travel dates from 29th to 8th. However, the night from 29 to 30 for some reason is not included in the price. Rather, it is like this: part of the group is included, the other part is not included ... the reasons are not indicated. Declared a maximum of 12 people in the group, it was 24. Instructor 2, but this did not help the situation in any way, since one of them, declared as the lead instructor, had not previously been in Japan, and he was not trained. Artyom - remember this name and don’t go anywhere with him at the head:

- it was his fault that the castles of many sights on the route were "kissed". The man simply did not look at the opening hours.

- a person does not know how to work with either small or large, and with any team.

Behaves as arrogantly as possible in the absence of any professional qualities.

On the third or fourth day, thanks to the efforts of a large number of participants, we managed to make the second instructor Igor Mironenko the leader. He was very helpful, a real instructor, a born and wonderful person.

So Artyom set him up all the time, before and after that, right in front of us, trying to put him in a negative light in front of us. He did not succeed due to extreme stupidity, but did not add to the atmosphere of joy in the group.

Our attempts to divide the collective farm into 2 separate groups or to remove this unfortunate instructor Artem from the program, even through the head of the club, were unsuccessful, he dragged his group after us and poisoned the atmosphere with his antics.

In addition, the head of the club persuaded a 75-year-old ill and elderly person who needs care and peace, and not an active program, to go on this trip.

In connection with this, the speed of the group was appropriate.

When trying to settle our differences with the club in the form of a collective claim (10 people), we were told that we were not owed anything, that we had misunderstood the program. 10 people got it wrong! And on the very first day of the meeting of the full group in Tokyo, 19 people wanted to punch Artyom in the face for organization and attitude ... but it’s all “not important”, because this office writes laudatory reviews on its website
