In August, I flew with my wife and daughter to France. Above all praise!!!
This is perhaps the only travel agency in the city that employs a SPECIALIST in the travel industry. After my trips to various travel agencies and comparing prices, for some reason I stopped on Elena. The tour selected for me was the second in price (the attitude bribed me). But with further work, we generally refused the services of a tour operator, because. according to Elena (the owner of the agency), we could save a lot - and it happened (the difference was 15 thousand !!!! the operator had a tour cost of 78 thousand rubles. We flew for 63 thousand rubles), Elena booked a hotel for us (exactly the one on which we initially stopped and which we wanted to fly to), air tickets, and helped to arrange visas, I refused the transfer, deciding that it would be easier to take a taxi and get to the hotel myself.
The holiday was 100 points!!! And my admiration for the approach of the travel agency to clients - I did not even think that this was possible!
