We decided to fly to Egypt for a vacation from 23.02-03.03.2015. As a result, we are now waiting for the money for the tour to be returned! not bad. I called. Yes, probably the only plus is that they picked up the tours quickly. I chose the tour I needed, immediately transferred 50% of the cost. The manager Sofia said that the contract would be in 10 minutes. As a result, I waited 3-4 hours for it. They sent it to me in the evening and, of course, I didn’t call. in the morning, I start calling to ask the exact time of departure and arrival. The manager Olga already answers there and says that Sophia has a day off. The manager Olga begins to delve into our tour and again says that she will call back in 10 minutes. no.
Now manager Olga can’t talk to me and manager Anna will work with me. We talked to her and she started talking nonsense that there are no more tickets for 23, but there are tickets for 24. I hang up and understand that this is a complete scam. I call again, they transfer money. Here is my story. Not very pleasant, to be honest. There is no mood.
