We bought a tour to Croatia from TUI from 09/05/12 to 09/19/12, hotel Laguna Galijot Village 4 *. The Moscow-Pula-Moscow flight was operated by Kolavia under the TUI brand. Previously heard only negative reviews about Kolavia. However, it turned out that the professionalism of the pilots and the service on board from this company are very good. Apparently TUI, having taken this airline under its patronage, strictly monitors the quality of everything. I sincerely hope that this will continue to be the case.
Holidays in Croatia were also satisfied. The transfer was on comfortable buses, everything was clear and at the appointed time. The host guide provided all the information we needed. Placed quickly, in a normal house - we liked everything right away. During the rest, we had no problems, except that I forgot my optical glasses in the cabin, which were eventually safely returned to me.
In my review, I would like to thank the crew of flight 7K9849 dated 05.09.
12, who found and handed over the glasses I had forgotten to the storage room in Pula. Also, thanks again to Tui's manager - Larisa, who saw off the flight from Pula 7K9850 on 09/19/12 for the care shown, and to Tui's (Voykovskaya) sales office manager - Maria for her kindness and competence.
