Good evening. I want to express my opinion about visiting this company. My wife and I are treated every year at the Dead Sea in Israel, and we are already accustomed to buying tickets at air ticket offices and arriving at the place, in fact, paying for a vacation in a sanatorium. And this time I decided to go to this company and ask about the cost here in Kazan. I was greeted very warmly, they told me everything, offered reasonable prices. They treated me very cordially. I returned a day later to inform that this time we will still go ourselves and pay on the spot, as they called me from the sanatorium and inform us that the places are ready for us. But, what surprised me more, the company did not treat me differently, because they had lost a potential client, and escorted me out doing their own business, but rather talked to me and in the end wished me a good rest. I was very surprised that people here are not indifferent, trying to get only their own benefit.
