Tallinn with Northern Capital

We went on the May holidays to Estonia from Moscow. The people who are going somewhere with this company, my advice is better to look for a more trusted company or find out the information YOURSELF to the smallest detail, because they really like to do everything in this company without notification or with a bunch of unreliable data! Everything is in order..

1. For 2 days they called us and said that we would not return by bus to Moscow, but by train from St. Petersburg (it seems that this company already has a standard practice, to declare one thing and do another). Ok, from Peter, they take us tickets, everything seems to be fine.

2. Departure was at 20.30 from Moscow, as a result, we left at more than 21, but it doesn’t matter, everything is ok! The bus is old and in terms of air conditioning it has only 2 positions - either cold or stuffy. Almost all the way, all this alternated, despite the fact that on the first floor people were freezing, on the second it was hard to breathe ...

The Estonian border passed in 4 hours (well, sometimes worse) in the end, instead of arriving somewhere at 13:00 (as promised), we arrived in Tallinn at 17:00 and of course, tired from the road and hungry people need to be happy that ? without settling, run for a 2-hour excursion called "galloping through Tallinn." Well, we went on a tour, we arrived NOT at the hotel that was declared INITIALLY !!! We can say about ourselves that we were not very upset, because the goal was originally different, but a lot of people hoped for a pool and a sauna, which were announced !!! in the end, the hotel is a good 4k, BUT THERE IS NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED, besides, it is further than promised from the city center! And, please note, people were NOT warned that the hotel would be different!!!

The last day, in the morning, there was a planned 5-hour excursion, on which we naturally delayed and returned an hour later, we left Tallinn at 15-30 instead of 14-30 (people who did not go on the excursion were waiting for the bus at the appointed place all this time). There was NO toilet or tea on the return bus, which would have been very useful in the evening and at night, because people only had a normal breakfast that day. But it would come in handy because of what, having arrived at customs at 7 o'clock in the evening, in order to catch the train, it was necessary to pass it before 00, as a result, we pass it only at 02 at night, people understand that the train to Moscow has almost waved to them , but no information from the guide!! peace and quiet! as well as actually while standing at customs, when people tried to find out at least "how many buses are in front of us", there were no answers either, but "I don't know, I can't tell you ...

"As a result, after everything, people already lost their temper, despite the fact that the guide said the following," "yes, we do not have time for the train, well, we will take you to St. Petersburg in any case. It seems to be normal for them, apparently, to leave people No one answered calls to the management of the company (of course, because the management had foreseen such a situation) And it was "resolving the situation" like: let them hand over tickets and take them to the nearest train, safely turn off the phone and go to sleep, the guide behaved as if he did not belong to this company at all, well, yes, he probably just went for a ride.The bus arrived in St. Petersburg at 5 in the morning (the train left at 3) and people were forced to take tickets with their own money! At the same time, wait for the train before lunch , because not everyone had money for the business class of Sapsan!Thank you, Northern capital, for so calmly THROWING your customers (literally and figuratively).This was the first and last time.

And to the demand "let a representative of your company come to the station in St. Petersburg" was answered: "no one will come."

4. Some people found out that they were returning from St. Petersburg BY TRAIN already upon arrival in Tallinn. Wonderful informing your customers, isn't it?

5. one girl did NOT have a train ticket (in this situation, it doesn’t matter that they didn’t have time for it, the fact itself is important). And this is all in the order of things, the guides just behave as if nothing had happened, there was absolutely no information during the trip.

Everything is "excellent", so I advise you not to use the services of this office.
