March 29, 2012 I signed a contract with a travel agency for tour services. In accordance with the above agreement, my family of three (two adults and one child 5 years old) was to be accommodated in the Orpheus 3 * hotel (Nessebar, Bulgaria), HB type of food (half board) with a balcony.

On July 23, 2012, we arrived in Nessebar, the driver of the TEDDY KAM company took us to the Katerina Hotel 2*. The representative of the TEDDY KAM company, Olga, said that the owner of the Orpheus 3 * hotel refused to accept us and, referring to the terms of the contract between TEDDY KAM and the Nord company, she can accommodate us in the Katerina 2 * hotel, type of food SC, without a balcony. She offered to return the money for breakfast. Since the hotel "Katerina" 2 * is worse than the hotel "Orpheus" 3 *, namely:

- the level of service is lower by 1 *

- lack of power

- location of the hotel further from the sea and from the historical center

- no balcony in the room

- 5th floor room with no lift

we refused to stay there and demanded to provide us with any other hotel no worse than Orpheus 3 * in accordance with the contract. Olga offered us a hotel similar to the Katerina 2 * hotel without meals and said that she could not provide other options. And only with the condition of an additional payment in the amount of 840 euros (eight hundred and forty euros) can she accommodate us in the Vigo Hotel 4 *, type of food HB (half board), with a balcony. Exhausted by a long and difficult journey with a small child (air flight at night, the child does not tolerate transport), we were forced to agree to this option with an additional payment, warning the representative of the TEDDY KAM company that we would complain about the failure to fulfill their obligations under this contract.

In private, we visited the Orpheus 3 * Hotel, talked with the hotel manager Peter about this incident (the reason for the refusal of accommodation in his hotel). Peter showed us the order book.

There were no orders for the Kondakov family, and for the first time he heard about the order from TEDDY KAM from us.
