Terrible

The buses are old, broken-down, break down on the road, the seats are broken, the air conditioners work every other day, some are stuffed with rags, they didn’t even try to turn on the TV, the drivers smoke right at the wheel. The drivers are exhausted, tired, do not know where the hotels are, and where to pick up / drop off passengers. For 3 hours in the sun they waited in Alushta for tourists, and they were waiting for the bus in a completely different place (at the same time, the drivers have all the phones of the owners of the hotels).

The bus carries passengers from Roslavl, Bryansk, Orel, drops off in Alushta, Gurzuf, Yalta. And all this is very long and tedious.

When we arrived in Yalta, we found out that we didn’t pay for food, it’s good that the hotel owners didn’t refuse us food, saying that THIS HAPPENS FREQUENTLY with our tour operators, that they will demand payment from them later. Before departure, the organizers called the owners

hotels, they said that the bus would be early in the morning, it would arrive immediately to Yalta (then it would go to Gurzuf and Alushta), the tourists would not go anywhere. From 6 in the morning they were waiting for the bus on their suitcases (although this day was paid as a day of "rest" - at the same time, they didn’t even go to the sea), he arrived at 5 in the evening, already with passengers from Alushta and Gurzuf. Well, at least the owners of the hotel allowed to stay in the room, other tourists from other hotels were waiting on the street with things. I do not know which of these two companies is to blame, but I do not want to do business with them anymore, and I advise others to do the same.
