Today is my review of the work of the Tui tour operator in Hurghada ... we arrived in the evening at 20.30 ... there were a lot of people behind the Tui counter, but apart from the information that you need to buy a visa, nothing else ... we bought a visa, everything else was filled out by ourselves, the cards, went through passport control, got luggage ... and began to get out of the airport (since it was twenty ... a trip to Egypt, we found a way out ... but the people who arrived for the first time were confused) ... further around the buses, we hesitated a bit ... no one asked for the last name, only the name of the hotel ... after that they waved their hand - there is bus 440 !!! after a little circle, the bus was found ... surprised that only two couples were traveling ... we and people in another hotel ... on boarding, no one asked for names either ... the guide drove with us for a couple of minutes - giving out information about the clock change and that you can’t drink water from the tap ... after he got off the bus, we drove for half an hour to the hotel ... we arrived at the hotel around 21.15 ... no one met us at the reception, except for the hotel employees ... having received passports and a voucher from us, they told us that this is not the right hotel ... just imagine - three suitcases, three women and in the wrong hotel ... it's good that the receptionists helped us get to our hotel ... where none of the representatives of the Tui tour operator was waiting for us either ... by that time dinner was already over ... we were put in rooms on our own ...
In the morning there was supposed to be an info meeting with the Tui guide ... at the indicated time they came to the reception - after waiting for some time - they realized that there was no one ... they turned to the hotel representative and called back the number that hangs on the info board in the hotel .. .the guy said that he was no longer a guide ... he gave the number of supposedly our hotel guide ... during all these procedures, our time was spent, for which money was paid ... after calling the new hotel guide, we had to wait for some more time until he arrived at the hotel...again wasting his time!!! When we asked questions about such a meeting and check-in, we received an answer-sorry, there were a lot of tourists...so as not to use obscene language-the question!!!!and who are we?not tourists?!!!at night thrown out God knows where!!!

Further, worse !!! we didn’t see him at all !!! at the request to be relocated to another hotel - refusal ... rudeness !!! then a hoax - that they were looking for us for three days and had to overpower him to the beach hotel - to make a free upgrade at provided that I sign a paper that I will not exhibit anything about their work anywhere !!!
I called the hotline - no less boor !!! no help !!! complete disregard and rudeness !!! for 15 years of trips to Egypt - I have not seen such a thing yet !!!! just awful !!!
