We rested with the tour operator Biblioglobus in Antalya at the Nazar Beach Hotel (Lara, Antalya). On the last day of our stay, hidden gold items were stolen from the room. We contacted Biblioglobus guides Alina (+905311049247) and Ali (+905311048976), who answered in a boorish manner that "they are not going to look for our things" (although no one asked them about this, since only Turkish is spoken at the hotel, they asked them to explain to the administration). On the line of emergency support for tourists of the Biblioglobus Tour Operator, we also received a sharp negative response, the essence of which was that the Biblioglobus company does not provide any assistance to its tourists in such situations.
Upon returning to Russia, we contacted the tour operator Biblioglobus with a request to contact the Nazar Beach Hotel (Lara, Antalya) to find out if the police had found our things.
Wherever they sent us: contact Biblioglobus through the feedback form on the website (later it turned out that it simply did not exist), call the travel agency where the tickets were purchased, etc. In the end, they again heard the answer that the Biblioglobus does not assist in the theft of personal belongings.
My advice for vacationers: perhaps the Biblioglobus tour operator offers lower prices for tours, but in emergency situations, neither Biblioglobus guides nor external support will come to the rescue. And your vacation with Biblioglobus will be irrevocably ruined!
