Terrible company and customer service.

Family vacation in Rhodes in Mitsis Rhodos Village 15.06-22.06.

Both flights were rescheduled, first on June 15 they "stole" the day of rest; the hotel is far enough from the airport had to take a taxi so as not to arrive at the hotel in the morning of the next day. When checking in at night, we were settled in the most terrible rooms in which it was impossible to sleep, under the windows a transformer was constantly buzzing. For all claims at the reception, we were told that nothing can be done at night and the manager will come in the morning and you will be relocated. In the morning, after looking at the lists of those who settled, we found that all the tourists of the Labyrinth were accommodated in the same rooms starting with 7 and 8. Apparently they buy these rooms - an obvious substandard for half the price or even less in the hope that the Russian tourist will endure everything. In the afternoon we already learned that many tourists of the labyrinth were settled in these rooms and waited for the resettlement for 3 days.

The return flight was not just rescheduled, we were informed in less than a day that we were flying with a transfer in Athens!!! and we get home not on Sunday afternoon but on Monday at 4 am. At the same time, we had to be in Moscow on Sunday afternoon. I had to buy 2 tickets out of 3 at my own expense, and I alone fly through Athens while on the road for 15 hours. At the same time, the request to extend the room for a couple of hours was refused and offered to pay extra. In the Moscow and local offices they refused to talk to me, it was possible to talk only with the girl representative at the reception, who said that she couldn’t do anything and no one would talk to me.

I will never go with the Labyrinth myself again and I strongly advise everyone not to!!!
