We also ordered a tour from coral travel, namely a sightseeing tour of Abu Dhabi, instead of the tour itself, without asking for some reason, they took us to the fur market and began to actively straighten carpets and stuff, at a time when we were supposed to go sightseeing, in general until they raised a fuss that we don’t need it and take us along the route, they didn’t go on an excursion, as a result they lost half a day, of course no one returned the money. As I understand it, guides have a % of sales, so they actively take tourists, but how can the tour company itself allow this, because they bought an excursion from her
