I want to share my bad experience with NovellaTour travel agency.

Why fate gave me an acquaintance with this travel agency, to be honest, I don’t understand to this day, but I guess I deserved it. We are talking about the Travel Agency NovellaTour UA Sputnik

Moscow Shosse Entuziastov, 31, building 38, v-1 (m. Shosse Entuziastov) (495) 5806166.

Everything started very well, we started planning our honeymoon trip to the Dominican Republic about six months in advance. Having stumbled upon this travel agency, I decided to stay on it, because I liked the price and attitude. It took a long time to choose a hotel where they wanted to hold a symbolic wedding ceremony, and finally the choice was made. They gave money for a tour package, somewhere three months before the start of the tour.

Somewhere a week before departure, they began to powder our brains with a ticket.

5 hours before departure, the general director of NovellaTour himself, Alexander, brought us our ticket, and this is what it turned out, there are no places in our hotel (and this despite the fact that we booked a hotel room for half a year), he gives us a voucher with the words - "Guys, you will be accommodated in another hotel for two days, and then decide to stay in it or move to the one that you booked earlier."

We, out of our ignorance, in our spiritual simplicity, and in a state of euphoria - (we just had a wedding that day, when he came to give a ticket) nodded our heads, took all the documents and happily continued to relax with the guests.

Arriving in the Dominican Republic, we understand that we do not like the hotel, and we ask Alexander by SMS to help us move to our hotel after all.

There was a long silence on his part, then he constantly fed us "breakfasts" and in the end we did not move anywhere.

The honeymoon trip was completely ruined! We refused the wedding ceremony, as there were no Russian-speaking staff in this hotel.

Only there, we realized that we were just KIDNUL with the hotel!!!!

The voucher was in our hands for all 12 days in another hotel (and not for 2 days, as Alexander promised us).

Insanely disappointing that it was just a honeymoon trip, and not just a vacation.

How many tears I shed there, how many nerves, I went to the reception desk myself and tried to decorate the room for us, because we are newlyweds (although Alexander had to do this, indicate in the voucher), we went ourselves to find out which hotels we paid for anyway our wedding ceremony (because Alexander never told us anything). And all this happened to us instead of lying on the beach and not thinking about anything.

That's how people are, it's terribly insulting, I don't wish it on anyone!!!!
