just returned from a solo trip to Boracay island - beautiful, the company and its work are terrible! In short: the company bought us air tickets without the possibility of carrying luggage and did not even warn us about it! A company of 4 adults and 3 children doesn’t need luggage) during all the flights, during the transfers, they had to frantically look for exchangers, pay extra for luggage (the amounts are not small - only one flight is about 10,000 rubles) - and there were 6 of them. reacted, promised to return the money and resolve the issue with tickets for the return trip, however, they did nothing.
Then it turned out that Elvitur could not pay us for a hotel in Boracay! - They transferred an amount to my card that was not enough to pay - about 15,000 were paid extra by themselves.
About jambs with medical insurance, with the wrong names in the reservation, the wrong dates of transfers, I generally keep quiet!
Worse work I have ever seen!
I do not advise anyone!
A smile only during the selection of the tour, then sheer horror!
