Terrible management work

I called this company through an Internet search - they connected with the manager Olga, who accepted my application, quickly picked up tours and said that she would send them to the post office. After some waiting, I called the company again and said that the tours had not been received, to which another manager apologized and sent them. Having received the tours, I (as indicated in the letter) confirmed one of them and sent my passport data along with a request to call back and clarify some questions. After that, I did not receive an answer, I called Olga back after 2 days, who only opened my mail with this call, read my letter and said that it was too late, the tour I had chosen was no longer available, they say, choose another one and write to me by mail, now I I will definitely answer, the mail is open in front of me. I chose another tour, more expensive, answered the mail and again no answer. I called - "Olga left, she will call you back in 2 minutes."

I was no longer surprised that no one called me back. That's it, I have not received any more letters or calls from representatives of this company. In my opinion, this is just arrogance and disrespect for potential customers. I will never deal with this company again and will advise my friends to stay away.
