We use the services of "KM" for the second time - more precisely, we tried to use it. Two years ago we rested in Kaliningrad. The hotel was selected for a long time and difficultly (which was facilitated by the slowness of the manager Tatyana and her unwillingness to offer customers more than one accommodation option). Still, it went well.
This year, we decided to contact KM again, a little over a month before the intended trip. We called the agency three times, emailed twice, before they moved and deigned to take care of us.
At first they said that "there are problems with accommodation on the Curonian Spit." They did not explain - neither by phone, nor after a request by e-mail.
Called them a day later, well, you have to find out what the problem is. The manager lazily stretched out that there were no places. If anything, I’ll clarify - there are several dozen hotels on the spit, and we planned the trip in advance.
After a call to two other firms, it turned out that, of course, there are places.
And there are no problems with settling.
Apparently, the "Resort Shop" itself has problems with its attitude towards customers.
Well, these same customers they have now diminished.
